Device Criteria

YOUR MOBILE PHONE IS DEPENDENT ON ALL OF THE BELOW CONDITIONS BEING MET TO RECEIVE THE FULL VALUE:

Good Condition

  • Handset powers on, is functioning as intended and is free from any faults.
  • Display is original or a genuine OEM replacement; it can have light scratches. No delamination; cracks; heavy/deep scratches; pressure marks/bright spots; discolouration/hue or dead pixels. No screen burn. Screen should be sitting correctly.
  • Can have light scratches (these scratches should not be able to be felt when a fingernail is run over them and they shouldn’t be visible from 30cm away). There should be no chips, dents or cracks present on the device.
  • No delamination/peeling; on the case; home button; rear cover/glass.
  • Battery health is above 80% of the maximum capacity.
  • Home button; Touch ID; Face ID; NFC all function correctly.
  • Handset has not been modified; Jailbroken or rooted.
  • Where applicable, stylus must be included.
  • No water/liquid damage.

Poor Condition

  • Handset powers on, is functioning as intended and is free from any faults.
  • Can have the following: deep scratches (can be felt when a fingernail is run over them and is visible from 30cm away), small dents, small body marks, discolouration or changes in the paintwork, but no cracks anywhere on the device. They will still be classed as working but will have obvious signs of use.
  • Display is original or a genuine OEM replacement, can have more than light scratching but cannot have cracks; bleed; pressure marks/white spots; discolouration or dead pixels. No screen burn. Screen has not been lifted.
  • Battery health is above 70% of the maximum capacity.
  • Home button; Touch ID; Face ID; NFC all function correctly.
  • Handset has not been modified; Jailbroken or rooted.
  • Where applicable, stylus must be included.
  • No water/liquid damage.

Faulty / Broken Devices

  • Handset powers on, boots up fully and is not beyond economical repair.
  • Be removed from any manufacturer accounts. For example Apple iCloud or Google Account’s.
  • Should be complete and whole, no parts should be missing.
  • Be intact, we do not accept crushed or bent devices.
  • Home button; Touch ID; Face ID; NFC all function correctly.
  • Where applicable, stylus must be included.
  • No water/liquid damage.
